Samantha has a deep passion for the world of periodontal medicine. She believes in the importance of thoroughly educating her patients about their oral health. She has a soft spot for those with extreme dental anxiety, and does everything she can to reduce their fears and feel more comfortable in the dental chair.

Samantha grew up in the Tri Cities, and after spending several years in the Seattle area, moved back here with her husband to be closer to family. Together they have two young daughters and a miniature Australian Shepherd. In her free time you can usually find her nose behind a book, watching crime documentaries, or enjoying a glass of red wine.

Kylie graduated as President of her class from Columbia Basin College in 2022 with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She was drawn to the periodontal specialty because of her passion for oral and systemic health. She works with patients to provide a comfortable and personalized experience at every visit. Her goal is to increase her patient’s knowledge and confidence so they can maintain their oral health for a lifetime.

Outside of the office, Kylie enjoys touring local wineries, reading, playing with her dog, Wednesday, and staying active.

MARIA - Registered Surgical Assistant

Maria started her career as a surgical assistant in 2022 and has been working as part of our team since 2023. Her favorite part about working in our office is assisting during technical surgeries and presenting the before and after’s to our patients. Maria aims to provide all of our patient’s reassurance and makes them feel at ease before proceeding with treatment. She grew up in the Lower Yakima Valley where she currently resides. In her free time, she loves to go to the gym, try new things and be around her family.

Miranda began her career in the dental field after graduating from Tri-Tech Skills Center and Southridge High School in 2017. She has been working with our team since 2021 as a Registered Surgical Assistant. Miranda takes pride in assisting Dr. Puri with surgeries and customizing patient care. She ensures her patients feel calm and comfortable throughout their entire treatment process. Miranda got married in 2023, as played soccer since she was 9 years old, loves to spend time with family and be outdoors.

CINDY - Scheduling Coordinator

Scheduling Coordinator

Cindy has been in the dental field for 18 years. She joined the IPANW Team in November of 2020. She loves how well our team works together, and she enjoys educating our patients on their treatment plans and procedures. She keeps our office flowing smoothly!

Cindy has three children. She is a proud baseball and soccer mom! In her own time, she enjoys playing co-ed softball, boating, jet skiing, traveling, watching football and spending time with her family.

Office Manager

Lahela has been an integral part of our periodontal team for over three years and is multi-faceted in all areas of the practice. With a strong passion for administration and patient care, Lahela ensures our practice runs efficiently and smoothly every single day. 

From coordinating appointments and managing insurance claims to supporting our clinical team and creating a welcoming environment for every patient, Lahela wears many hats! With a certification in Dental Coding and Billing through the American Dental Coders Association (ADCA), she brings expertise and precision to our front office operations. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to both patients and staff help keep our office running at the highest standard of care. 

What Lahela enjoys most about her role is building lasting relationships with patients and witnessing their progress throughout treatment. Being part of each patient’s journey—celebrating their improvements and helping them feel comfortable every step of the way—is the most rewarding part of the job.

In her free time, Lahela enjoys exercising, reading, trying new baking recipes, and spending time outdoors!
