Meet the Team
RENÉE
Lead Registered Dental Hygienist
Renée graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996 before receiving her certification in perioscopy and joining our team in 2011. She is a seasoned registered dental hygienist with over 25 years’ experience in providing clinical and educational patient care. Including over 13 years of practicing Perioscopy, a dental endoscope, at IPANW. She has helped train numerous registered dental hygienists through the years in Perioscopy at IPANW. She is also the coordinator for Great Blue Heron Seminars, an affiliate of the Seattle Study Club, whom Dr. Puri is the director. Great Blue Heron provides continuing education for dentists in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. In her leisure time, Renee enjoys being with her husband, two sons, and bulldogs. She also loves to cook and go wine tasting.
MICHELLE
Registered Dental Hygienist
Michelle joined the Implant & Periodontal Associates NW team in 2014. She earned her Bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University before training to become an Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist (OMT) in 2021. She enjoys being able to use the state-of-the-art equipment in our office to help her patients beat gum disease, and she contributes her own knowledge of myofunctional therapy to help patients achieve full oral health and function.
When she’s not hard at work, Michelle enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two kids.
SAMANTHA
Registered Dental Hygienist
Samantha has a deep passion for the world of periodontal medicine. She believes in the importance of thoroughly educating her patients about their oral health. She has a soft spot for those with extreme dental anxiety, and does everything she can to reduce their fears and feel more comfortable in the dental chair.
Samantha grew up in the Tri Cities, and after spending several years in the Seattle area, moved back here with her husband to be closer to family. Together they have two young daughters and a miniature Australian Shepherd. In her free time you can usually find her nose behind a book, watching crime documentaries, or enjoying a glass of red wine.
KYLIE
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kylie graduated as President of her class from Columbia Basin College in 2022 with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She was drawn to the periodontal specialty because of her passion for oral and systemic health. She works with patients to provide a comfortable and personalized experience at every visit. Her goal is to increase her patient’s knowledge and confidence so they can maintain their oral health for a lifetime.
Outside of the office, Kylie enjoys touring local wineries, reading, playing with her dog, Wednesday, and staying active.
LIZ
Lead Registered Surgical Assistant
Liz has been in the dental field for over 27 years. She received her dental assisting certificate from the Dental Careers Institute in Yakima, Washington. She is extremely proud to be a part of a dynamic team of professionals and enjoys working in an environment that promotes continuous learning and innovation. Liz’s versatility and attention to detail make her a valuable member of our team. She enjoys getting to know each patient and providing a personal touch for each patient encounter. Liz is married and has five children who keep her very busy. They love spending time together and traveling to Mexico to visit gamily.
MARIA
Registered Surgical Assistant
Maria started her career as a surgical assistant in 2022 and has been working as part of our team since 2023. Her favorite part about working in our office is assisting during technical surgeries and presenting the before and after’s to our patients. Maria aims to provide all of our patient’s reassurance and makes them feel at ease before proceeding with treatment. She grew up in the Lower Yakima Valley where she currently resides. In her free time, she loves to go to the gym, try new things and be around her family.
MIRANDA
Registered Surgical Assistant
Miranda began her career in the dental field after graduating from Tri-Tech Skills Center and Southridge High School in 2017. She has been working with our team since 2021 as a Registered Surgical Assistant. Miranda takes pride in assisting Dr. Puri with surgeries and customizing patient care. She ensures her patients feel calm and comfortable throughout their entire treatment process. Miranda got married in 2023, as played soccer since she was 9 years old, loves to spend time with family and be outdoors.
CINDY
Scheduling Coordinator
Cindy has been in the dental field for 18 years. She joined the IPANW Team in November of 2020. She loves how well our team works together, and she enjoys educating our patients on their treatment plans and procedures. She keeps our office flowing smoothly!
Cindy has three children. She is a proud baseball and soccer mom! In her own time, she enjoys playing co-ed softball, boating, jet skiing, traveling, watching football and spending time with her family.
LAHELA
Patient Care Coordinator
Lahela loves working with our fun and knowledgeable team, and she has been a part of Implant & Periodontal Associates NW since August 2022. She brings a positive attitude to work every day, and she loves getting to know our patients and helping make their experiences as easy as possible!
In her free time, Lahela enjoys paddle boarding, reading and spending time with family.
HAILEY
Financial Coordinator
Hailey joined our team in January of 2023 and has been a valuable addition. She has been in the dental field for 7 years and graduated from Charter College in 2017 with her Registered Dental Assistant Certificate. Since graduating, Hailey has worked in many roles ranging from a dental assistant to office manager and has found her passion as a treatment/ financial coordinator.
When Hailey isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 6 kids watching movies and playing games. Hailey also loves to travel and enjoys her time outside in nature.
