Front Desk Receptionist

Lahela loves working with our fun and knowledgeable team, and she has been a part of Implant & Periodontal Associates NW since August 2022. She brings a positive attitude to work every day, and she loves getting to know our patients and helping make their experiences as easy as possible!

In her free time, Lahela can be found hiking, paddleboarding or reading.

Cindy

Schedule Coordinator

Cindy joined our team in November 2020. She loves how well our team works together, and she enjoys educating our patients on their treatment plans and procedures. She keeps our office flowing smoothly!

Cindy has three children: Kassie, Jaidyn and Julian. She is a proud baseball and soccer mom! In her own time, she enjoys playing co-ed softball, boating, jet skiing, traveling, watching football and spending time with her family.

Cheryl

Benefit Coordinator

Cheryl joined our team in March 2021, and she loves working with our amazing surgeon and team. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her grandkids and playing tennis.

Renée

Lead Registered Dental Hygienist

Renée graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1996 before receiving her certification in perioscopy and joining our team in 2011. She loves being part of a specialty practice where we are able to offer a variety of treatments and provide an elevated standard of care. With over 25 years of experience as a registered dental hygienist, Renée lends a wealth of knowledge to our team!

Renée is married to a general dentist, and together, they have two sons. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on her sons in their sports and hobbies, wine tasting with her husband, cooking for her family and cuddling her two English Bulldogs.

Renée is the coordinator for the Great Blue Heron Seminars, the study club providing continuing education for dentists in her area.

Anahi

Registered Dental Hygienist

Dental Anahi began living in the Tri-Cities while pursuing her Bachelor of Applied Science degree in dental hygiene at Columbia Basin College. During school, Anahi found her passion for periodontal health, leading her to become a bilingual hygienist with a specialty in periodontics.

Anahi prides herself on exuding compassion and empathy toward her patients. She educates her patients, allowing them to make informed decisions about their dental treatment as well as advocates for personalized dental hygiene instruction.

In her spare time, Anahi enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors and cooking.

Kylie

Registered Dental Hygienist

Kylie graduated as president of her class at Columbia Basin College with her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. She was drawn to the periodontal specialty because of her passion for getting patients on track for full oral health. She works with patients to provide a comfortable, personalized experience at every visit, increasing patients’ knowledge and confidence so they can maintain their oral health for a lifetime.

Outside of the dental office, Kylie enjoys touring local wineries, reading, playing with her dog, Wednesday, and staying active.

Samantha

Registered Dental Hygienist

Samantha has been a part of Implant & Periodontal Associates NW since 2018. She started in the Kenmore office, then joined the Richland team in 2020. She has a passion for the specialized work of periodontal care and loves being able to help bring her patients back to health. She believes knowledge is power and values education, so she strives to always teach her patients the full spectrum of their oral health.

When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her husband, daughter and their dog. She’s an avid reader, loves a tall glass of red wine coupled with a true crime documentary, and is teaching herself the German language.

Michelle

Dental Hygienist

Michelle joined the Implant & Periodontal Associates NW team in 2014. She earned her bachelor’s in dental hygiene from Eastern Washington University before training to become an orofacial myofunctional therapist (OMT) in 2021. She enjoys being able to use the state-of-the-art equipment in our office to help her patients beat gum disease, and she contributes her own knowledge of myofunctional therapy to help patients achieve full oral health and function.

When she’s not hard at work, Michelle enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Elizabeth

Lead Surgical Assistant

Elizabeth has been in the dental field for over 25 years, and she loves what she does! Performing oral surgeries is her favorite part of the job, though she also loves interacting with and educating our patients.

Elizabeth is married and has five children who keep her super busy. They love spending time together and traveling to Mexico to visit family.

Carlin

Surgical Assistant

Carlin has been with our team since July 2021. She loves learning and performing new procedures and is an asset to our periodontist as both a front office and chairside assistant.

Carlin has a 3-year-old son, Wade. Her mother, Cheryl, is our benefits coordinator!

Miranda

Surgical Assistant

Miranda graduated from Southridge High School and the Tri-Tech Skills Center in 2017 before joining Implant & Periodontal Associates NW in February 2021. She loves working with our team and particularly loves preparing and assisting with surgeries.

Miranda has two nephews and two siblings. She has been playing soccer since she was 9 and played in college. These days, she loves hiking and being outdoors.
